Gold Border Plates
These distinctive blanks start out life as either polished or brushed brass. The brass is die-cut to produce the shape, and then silk screened with black enamel; which creates the engraving area. The enamel is either gloss or matte black finish, as indicated in the description. Our plates that are shown with mounting holes can't be changed - the holes are in the die. We can, however, punch holes in those plates that lack them.
The engraving shows gold. There are numerous uses for all of these plates; and all make an excellent finishing touch for your application.
When considering these gold border blanks, please remember that the engraving area is smaller than the plate size.
